All the fonts for all platforms as well as special licences featured on these pages are available directly from us. They can be delivered to you by traditional mail or by e-mail. We accept e-mail orders, and in most cases are able to send the fonts by return e-mail.

When you place an order with us we need to have the following information:
- The names of the fonts and weights (e.g. EFF Eric Bold)
- The language / alphabet required (if other than English / Standard)
- Your computer operating system (e.g. Windows XP, Mac OS X, Risc OS 4)
- The font format required (e.g. OpenType, TrueType, PostScript, Risc OS 3) - check on the platform page if you are not sure which you need
- If you require a licence for more than one computer
- Your name, postal address and payment details.
All prices are for single user licence unless stated. School Site Licence costs extra 200% of the normal price for all the machines on the site. Business Site Licence for up to 12 computers costs extra 20% for each computer on the site. Larger site licences are also available - please enquire stating the number of computers.

Payment methods
We accept payment by (in order of preference):
- PayPal - this is a preferred method of payment for small and medium size orders since it is quick and efficient.

- direct bank transfer - we will send you an Invoice or Pro-forma Invoice with all our bank details, both national and international.
- bank cheques/postal orders drawn on a UK bank. Official orders from UK schools and educational establishments are welcome.
- credit/debit card - all major credit or debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Access, American Express, Switch, etc.) are accepted. If you would like to pay by credit or debit card, we need:
- card number
- start date (if shown on the card)
- expiry date
- three (or four) digit security code (the last three/four digits on the back of your card)
- issue number if Switch is used

The carriage charges are as follows:
The quickest method of delivery (and free of charge) is by email. Otherwise your order will be normally dispatched on the same day by first class post. Overseas orders are dispatched by air-mail. Registered, recorded or courier delivery can be arranged on request (charged extra at cost).
All prices exclude carriage.
- Font files and manuals as pdf's by e-mail - free of charge
- Software with manuals to UK (up to £100) £2.50 per order
- Software with manuals to UK (over £100) free of charge
- Software with manuals to the rest of Europe by air-mail £3.50 per order
- Software with manuals to the rest of the world by air-mail £5.50 per order
- Delivery by courier - charges vary - please ask
VAT is payable at 17.5% if you live in the European Union unless you can supply your own VAT number.
For customers outside European Union no VAT is payable.
All charges are in the GBP (£ = British pounds).

If the font you wish to purchase is for:
- Windows (TrueType or PostScript format)
- standard Western European (Code Page 1252) or symbolic alphabet
- single user licence
you may be able to download it from our dealer site BuyFonts.com (see EFF Professional Range). Please note that not all EFF fonts are available for on-line purchase yet, but more fonts will be added from time to time.
